Dev Diary 23/2024: New Starting Screens + Giveaway

Hey everyone! While we're pushing hard on this year's most significant update — the upcoming Manage Your Own Network feature — we're also excited to launch our very first giveaway! 🤗

Since our last Dev Diary, we've nailed down some cool updates for the 2024.4 release, including the fresh Starting Screens. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

• We've updated the intro text to introduce our new name: Endless TV Tycoon. Now, you're not just running a studio; you're building a TV empire.
• The “Launch Your New Studio” screen is now “Launch Your New TV Company”, featuring a sleek design and new options.
• You’ll start by naming your company instead of just a studio.
• Choose your Starting Venture: stick with a Production Studio or venture into Broadcasting, Cable, or Streaming Networks.
• Name your Starting Venture to make it your own.
• We’ve segmented the Difficulty settings into clear sections: General, Studio, and Network, all with a modernized look.
• The Edit Game screen has been updated to align with the changes to the starting screens.
• Every new game now begins with a free Scheduling Office.
• We've rolled out a Hotfix for a rare crash during the End Week process after long play sessions, plus we’ve added weekly airing info to the Network Detail screen to help you keep track.
